        镇江市天工工具有限公司是中国硬质合金常规刀具,特别是硬质合金成型刀产品的主要生产厂家。
公司坚持“科技兴厂”的战略，2007年从德国Feinmechanik Michael Deckel GmbH & Co. KG公司引进了整体及非标刀具设计生产的技术参数,我们准备通过使用Deckel精密五轴数控磨削中心S20E（生产和修磨兼顾机型）的机器赢得的竞争优势形成为本公司长远发展的基础。我们把适应性放在中间层次商业伙伴的公司的利益上，为我们的客户提供复杂刀具技术的解决方案，我们致力于能够全效解决客户加工难题。

        公司采用“台湾春保”、“德国Leitz”硬质合金材料制造产品.制造前期专业的技术人员会根据不同的被加工件，参照硬质合金棒料物理力学性能、牌号的最优化择材。我们生产的“整体硬质合金系列”、“镶合金系列”产品的综合技术指标均大大优于国家标准，其中“整体合金成型刀类”和“镶合金阶梯刀类”产品其综合性能在国内同行中处于领先水平。

我们公司主要生产的产品
整体硬质合金或焊接硬质合金的非标抛光钻（钻铰刀）、扁钻、成型钻、成型车刀、常规铣刀、铰刀等。广泛用于汽车、摩托车零部件的制造，缝纫机,空调制冷部件的制造和军工、航天工业。特别在成型刀具的设计、制造方面，公司有很强的实力。因是专业制造成型刀具的公司，所以在成型刀具的质量控制和交货周期方面能满足客户的要求。

Zhenjiang Tiangong Tools Ltd. (The predecessor is Dagang Special Cutter Factory) had thrown itself into computer numerical controls (CNC) Tool industry for many years. With staff's effort, the support and cooperation from the customers, Zhenjiang Tiangong Tools Ltd. entered a forest full of strong competition-- China Horniness Alloy CNC Tool industry .

Five years ago, we acted in a cooperation with various manufacturing enterprise to carry out the job of "Domestic Tools Production". In the past four years, we had made the target of purchasing domestic Tools Production come true for a lot of manufacturers. Today, our 83 kinds of products have been applied in following industries:

from 2002 to 2007, in the cooperation with FAW Group, we are awared as 'eligible supplier' regarding to our excellent products. 
In March of 2007, we became into the appointing supplier of Horniness Alloy cutter series for the ministry of aviation industry.

Company intruduction
Zhenjiang tiangong Ltd. is the cutter production factory for horniness alloy general cutter, especially in horniness alloy molding cutting tool production.
Company adhered to the long-term development strategy--'Rejuvenate the company through science and technology'. In 2007, we introduced technology parameter of the entire and nonstandard (carbide (tipped cutting) tool  ) non-standard cutting tool  designing from a German company, Feinmechanik Michael Deckel GmbH&Co..By adopting the precise five axis numerical control grinding and cutting centre-S202, we will obtain the competitive advantage which is considered as the basic of company's long-term development. Our target customers are middle level commercial enterprises, and the complex cutter technology solutions are provided to help them to solve the problem during producing process.

Making material
Company adopted "zhuzhou diamond 601", "Germany Leitz" horniness alloy material to manufacture. According to the differents physical mechanics function and differents brands of horniness alloy material, we  choose  optimization material to manufacture "the entire horniness alloy series", "the inlaying alloy series" products. The synthesizing technology index is greatly better than national standard; the synthesizing function of "the entire alloy molding cutter" and "the inlaying alloy ladder cutter" is at a leading level in national range.

In the competitive market, we take pride of our high quality product and enjoy a good reputation. At the beginning of 2008, we invited the specialist from Japan. Thence the management of products quality was improved and perfect unceasingly and the goal of "satisfy customers' need" was reached.

Till by the end of 2006, Tiangong Public Relation department had finished 100 tasks, which involved the platforms' building for online shop , the advertisement for DM presswork and the printwork for sample products. Meanwhile, the saleroom target of achieving 30,000,000 RMB in 2009 is established.
